Type of Visit
LiveHealth Online
Whether you have a cold, you’re feeling anxious or need help managing your medication, doctors and mental health professionals are right there, ready to help you feel your best. Using LiveHealth Online you can have a video visit with a board-certified doctor, psychiatrist or licensed therapist from your smartphone, tablet or computer from home or anywhere.
You’ve got access to affordable and convenient care Your Anthem plan includes benefits for video visits using LiveHealth Online, so you’ll just pay your share of the costs — usually $59 or less for medical doctor visits, and a 45-minute therapy or psychiatry session usually costs the same as an office mental health visit.
Visit Types at the Employer Health Center
Each appointment type below can be booked at the Noblesville or Westfield clinic.
New Patient Office Visit (40 minutes)
If this is your first visit to the Riverview Employer Health Center, and you have a specific concern or ailment you'd like to discuss, please select this appointment type.
Existing Patient Office Visit (20 minutes)
This office visit is for existing patients who need treatment for a specific ailment such as a cold, or for medication refills, etc.
Existing Patient Physical (40 minutes)
This office visit is for existing patients needing an annual physical/wellness exam, sports physical or well-woman exam.
Lab Visit (20 minutes)
Choose this appointment type to have labs drawn or a vaccine administered. Patients must bring an order for the labs and/or vaccines. This visit type is for new and existing patients.
Video Visit (20 minutes)
This visit can only be scheduled by calling the office. Video visits are appropriate for follow-up appointments for the following conditions: ADHD, anxiety, depression, GERD (acid reflux), and refills for over-the-counter medications. Call the Noblesville clinic at 317.776.3456 or the Westfield clinic at 317.214.5430 to arrange one.
