The WorkMed program at Riverview Health offers a full range of occupational medicine services to area businesses. Whether a company’s need is large or small, WorkMed focuses on keeping employees healthy and providing the treatment they need to get back to work quickly, while minimizing worker’s compensation costs and healthcare costs.

We offer businesses a walk-through designed to acquaint WorkMed providers and staff with the facility, the employee’s job requirements, and advise the client regarding immediate health and safety concerns. Our primary focus areas include:

Our WorkMed Occupational Health clinic provides immediate care for those who have been injured on the job and need prompt medical attention. Clients may schedule an appointment or simply walk in for urgent injury care.

Comprehensive diagnostic testing is provided at WorkMed Occupational Health locations and onsite at a client’s location, on request. Services include:

Occupational and Industrial Rehabilitation

WorkMed Occupational Health occupational and industrial rehabilitation services are designed to safely return injured employees to the worksite as soon as possible. Rehabilitation services include physical and occupational therapy, work hardening and conditioning, ergonomic and job site analysis, safety risk reduction, and injury prevention education and training.
