Coordinated Care From Referral to Follow-Up
Specialty care at Riverview Health usually begins with a conversation. In many cases, your primary care provider identifies a concern and refers you to the appropriate specialist; for many of the specialties listed above, you can also request an appointment directly. Because our specialists practice within one health system, visit notes, test results and treatment plans are shared with the rest of your care team instead of being scattered across unrelated offices.
